The following options are available and includes Tent, Chairs & Table for up to 200 people.

Depends on Size, Day and Season the Event will be held.
- Birthdays / Graduations/Proms / Anniversary celebrations $1,500/day
- Cultural Family Events $1,500.00/day
- Corporate Meetings / Training / Picnics $2,000/day
- Photo /Video Shoots $60/Hour
- Private Tent Camping $50/Night minimum 4 people, Max 2 nights.

ACCESS TO THE VENUE
Property access is from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. on day of ceremony and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following morning to remove personal items. Rehearsal day and times be agreed upon.

EVENT REQUIREMENTS & RECOMMENDATIONS
- Consider the season of your event. At times heaters, fans, blankets and or umbrellas might be needed.
- Access to the property is permitted as agreed on the contract
- All music must conclude by 11:00 p.m.
- Property must be vacated by 12:00 p.m by all guests.
- $300 to $1,000.00 refundable damage deposit is needed depending on event size.
- We recommend even coordinator to help with setting ups.
- Food Service and Drinks – Use own or recommended vendors

SECURITY & SAFETY OF EVENTS
- Liability Insurance covers the entire wedding party/guests.
- Private security is provided and for events with over 100 guests City police service is contracted to direct traffic.
TO RESERVE
- Rental Contract with a deposit of 50% of venue rental price is needed to book site..
- Final payment is due 60 days prior to the event.
- $300 – $1,000.00 refundable damage deposit needed 1 month before event
